L!Marth but -Atk

Should I give my -Atk +Spd L!Marth Odd Atk Wave? And sacrifice my only Ishtar (whos -Spd +Def rip). I'm also giving him DB3 (no Brave Celicas here) and Flashing blade 3 to maximise damage output.

Give him Fury instead. You could do Desperation as well so you're firing off the emblem each time you initiate when you get the chance to double. Which with 45 speed that should be fairly easy.
