L!Lucina -atk +def

Hello, after spending around 135 orbs I have only pulled a L!Lucina with that shitty ivs (why -atk so many times?).
Do you think she can run well the build with her weapon and SS with Desperation?
How could I patch a little bit her horrible bane? I have a Ishtar with the same ivs, maybe I could give her odd atk wave, but I like her too.

if you still have your free takumi, foddering CC to a +def Lucina would be kinda nice, she has a superboon in def after all.
slap a swordbreaker and quick riposte seal with that and you got yourself a decent unit even with -atk.
just a suggestion though.
