Lloyd or Linus?

Hello.
I will use 20000 feathers on my Linus 4*.
I have already one Linus full built and his brother Lloyd with Royal Blade +effect. I dont know how to build Lloyd. He has desperation and Res ploy. Is he good with Attack Speed Brazen? With Nino pressence, enemies at 100% hp and Brazen At Spd he has to be a monster...
I wanna use them both.
So...

a) Mergue daddy Linus (+1)
b) Give Lloyd a chance (Brazen attack speed)

Linus. As much as I would like you to 5* both of them, Lloyd requires a *lot* of investment to be made usable, and his weapon refine is quite the disappointment.

It's cruel to kill Linus for his brother, so make them a happy family and merge Linus! :D
