It's better than -ATK, it really matters if you can OHKO armor and flying units with her super effectiveness. Since you're -SPD, you could also run a Brave Bow set with less guilt about the -5 spd.

Plus, you're still getting +3 spd from Warrior Princess to bring you to 35, which is 40 with Atk/Spd Bond 3 and will probably still double all the units you're aiming to kill. I'd say run her usual kit and put her on support role for flier emblem. The extra Def will help in that regard – you could even run Iote's shield on her SS slot so she could fight archers with bowbreaker, or something!

That’s the same IVs as mine, and honestly she’s fine, HiBOWka can run any IV set as long as it’s not -Atk. Try a set like this (B and C slot are flexible)

The def boon is actually pretty good imo.

With fury she hits 38 spd and a pretty solid 60 physical def which means she can initiate on dc armor units much more safely.

+atk -hp myself....and i find myself wanting that extra bulk a lot of times since shes unlikely to reliably OHKO most dc units and needs help to set up for desperation

I have comparable IVs, -spd +res, and what I'm gonna run is basically just her default kit. It's workable enough, especially if you have fliers. Though some inheritance options would be desperation for offense and Goad Flier for support
