Beast units in general of course, though that would be at a big update..
For 3.0 maybe?
I'd like some of the bigger villains like Ashnard, Sephiran and Nergal. The last one maybe together with Athos.
Pent and Louise are VERY high on my list.
As are Cormag, Duessel and Caellach.
Also a fun stupid idea; A banner with Jagen archtype reworks. With Jagen, Gunther and maybe Marcus as new character.
Ashnard should 100% be the first armored flier, like his movement type being armor, while his A slot being Blessed Armor, which would allow the unit to ignore terrain as if her were a flier while granting +4 def/res when enemy initiates. What way he could have armor bst, while being able to "fly" while using his unique A slot, giving up things like brazens or breaths, since I find it hard to believe they wouldnt give gurgurant innate DC. The only other option they'd have for gurgurant would be built in guard with no hp requirement since gurgurant is supposed to negate critical hits.

FE1 & 3 (11 & 12): Phina (Sword Infantry, Dancer)
Can never have enough dancers. As for weapon of choice, she'd have a Rapier+, which does effective damage against Cavalry and Armored units. (She is the only character that isn't a Lord that can use the traditional Rapier weapon.)
FE2 (15): Kliff (Green Tome Infantry)
He'd get his hands on the powerful Sagittae tome, which functions like a Green Dire Thunder, but has 14 Mt and only has Brave effect when at 100% HP. After combat, if unit attacks, unit takes 5 damage.
FE4 & 5: Altena (Blue Lance Flier)
Most likely to wield Gungnir, a weapon Quan once wielded.
FE6: Echidna (Green Axe Infantry)
She's a very interesting character and the first ever female Hero in the entire franchise. I can definitely see her using a Firesweep Axe+ or Slaying Hammer+.
FE7: Guy (Sword Infantry, Trainee)
Could possibly be our first non-Dragon unit to have Armored BST. He would most likely have a Slaying Edge+ or Reprisal Blade+. Not to mention, he is a fun unit to use in the main game.
FE8: Ross (Green Axe Infantry, Trainee)
Same as Guy, but as an Axe unit. He could come with his trademark Hatchet weapon that has built-in Distant Counter. Or, if he were to have a inheritable weapon, Reprisal Axe+ or Slaying Axe+.
FE9 & 10: Harr (Green Axe Flier)
Undoubtedly my favorite character. He would have slightly higher base Attack than Cherche, but much slower and have equal or higher Def than Frederick. He would come with Brave Axe+ (in FE9 when you recruit him).
FE13: Aversa (Red Tome Flier, GHB(?))
Permanent Red Tome Flier, when? Aversa would fill that role nicely if this is done.
FE14: Fiora (Dagger Infantry, GHB(?))
Most likely a GHB unit as you fight her as an enemy in all three routes, whereas she dies in one of the three routes. She would have a personal weapon where 30% of the foe's damage output would become added to her own (this includes the fact if she were to be attacked by a Poison Dagger+ unit).

Well, I haven't played any of the older games so I know very few characters from them so I don't have big wishlists. I'm just interested everytime they do add new people.

I specifically mentioned Kurthnaga seperate from the other laguz only cause he's the dragon I'd want most and as a dragon laguz he could function like the dragons we already have in game, i.e. wouldn't need a new weapon type like the other laguz.
