Managed to pull Winter Lissa(Spd+/Def-) and Winter Tharja(HP+/Res-). Lissa I'm gonna keep, but Tharja is a different story. On one hand I can give her Close Counter to my Def+/Res- Genny because of how useful a friend's Genny was in taking out Reinhardt and Xander during the Enduring Love Voting Gauntlet, but another can fodder off her Vengeful Fighter to one of my other armor units like Black Knight, then there's the option of merging her into my neutral one.
What would be the best course of action?
It might not be the best ivs out for her,but tharja is a really good unit to keep around,She has Amazing ability and stats,is not worth to give to genny especially since She has bad Speed and def. Tharja and other armored ranged unit are the only good for close counter (maybe few High def Raven unit) so i suggest to keep her.
