Lilina Build?

Just rolled a 4* Lilina with +Spd -Def, seems like very good potential to me. Does anyone have any ideas on non-blade sets? I think the typical Desperation set of most magical glass cannons is out of the question because of low Speed even with boon, while Iceberg or Glacies may work because of that fat Resistance (she counters Julia right?) .

Command Skill: It's up to you, it doesn't really matter.
Special skill: Iceberg.
Skill A: Darting Blow, Death Blow, Fury.
Skill B: Swordbreaker, R Tomebreaker.
Skill C: Threaten Spd, Threaten Res.

Mine has +attack and green tomenraker to kill Julias , so far it works really good on her. She used to have fury but her hp is not that high plus her defense is low
