Is Life n Death viable for Fallen Celica?

I got her with +atk/-res, and I'm thinking of giving her Life n Death 3. After Life n Death, her stats are 59/40/25/17, which is she still has enough defense for a duel in my opinion. What do you think? Should I change to Fury 3? I don't have any Swift Sparrow fodders btw.
