Life and Death Fodder?

So when I was trying for Grimace I got a -spd +def Minerva. I'm foddering her for Life and Death. Here is an option
1. Celica fallen +Atk- def or Fallen Takumi?

I think that FH!Celica would work better with Fury or DC; she has decent bulk, including the +4 to every stat on her prf. FH!Takumi could work with LnD 3, his Def and Res are pretty meh.
