Life and Death choice

I have one Hana and i'm debating whether to give LnD to the Kagero i got (+spd -hp) or to my Elincia (neutral)

With Kagero itll put her spd to 40 to help with getting doubles and boost her atk to ensure she gets ko's.

With Elincia, itll put her spd to 39 and her atk to 50 and I was thinking to also give her desperation so that she'll be able to quad enemy units.

thoughts ?

So this is just me, but with the recently released NY Azura, it’d be more beneficial to give Elincia life and death, especially because dagger units are much less powerful than they used to be and poison dagger is becoming less and less useful the more we get armor, flying and cavalry units. I think IS is taking a step back from the whole infantry thing. And Elimcia is op. Running her with desperation is really good. Dunno how it is really on a neutral but mines +Spd -Res and +1 merged.

definitely elincia, i have her with -hp +res and i gave her LnD and man if it was worth spending 20k feather to give her the lv3 one. with that she can even kill many blue units even outside flier emblem
