So I finally pulled a 4* Libra today on the legendary banner and he was -hp +spd, so I decided to promote him and started working on him a bit. I gave him a speed refine on his Wo Gun, swap, and want to keep his dual spur, but am conflicted on where to go from here. Unfortunately, I don't have fury fodder (Hinata's been dodging me for like, two months) so I'm wondering what combo of special, A, and B skills to give him. I was thinking about Fortress Def, Lancebreaker/QR2, and bonfire/luna/moonbow, but don't know if that'll drop his attack too low. I'd love some suggestions, thanks in advance!
Fortress Def won't do him any good, esp considering his already middling attack stat and the fact that you are using Wo Gun. While you don't have Fury, I feel it is the best budget A-slot skill for him as it elevates all his stats. In the meantime, you could go with the Attack+3 or Speed+3 in the A-slot as a placeholder before you get Fury. QR2 would also work fine.
This is my Libra atm, I'm planning to merge him to +10, but this isn't a permanent build.
