Libra and Legion
So I only have 4 infantry axe users, which is hella low. Looking to bolster that part of my roster I know I've seen at least one awesome Libra and Legion on this board before so if you guys wouldn't mind posting your dope builds that'd be awesome, thanks!
PS: Preferably a build that doesn't eat my Lissa (looking at you Nogitsune)

Well, if you do have a Libra, it's very important to know his IVs. I think he's lowkey very good, but his IVs really do carry him to this and or the other.
Roro is pretty much a lesser Raven, at least from a raw functionality perspective. If you do care about his axe, there's that as an added "niche". Otherwise, I still think he's a very good offensive axe unit (not taking super merges into account).

IVs really do matter, and especially when a lot of his stats seem average and he has three superbanes... I'll just have to sum it up a bit:
HP: Pretty much the best and only real bane you want to take.
Atk: Arguably one of the better things he has going for him. I prefer to leave this as it is.
Spd: Arguably the best one. Takes him from average to moderately quick...starts avoiding a lot of doubles, and makes decent use of Breath 4-Turn specials with Breath skills by avoiding doubles. A lot of doubled-phased potential.
Def: Lends to tanking potential if at a boon. You don't want it as a (super)bane, considering it really kills his mixed bulk.
Res: A boon makes you a lot better at ploying with stuff like Fury and/or refines. Also a superbane, so don't take it.
As to "lesser evils":
HP>Spd>Atk>Def/Res.
I don't think taking a Spd bane is much of an issue. He still manges to avoid doubles from a lot of Dragons, but his defenses are intact and it allows you to focus more on them if you would otherwise invest in extra Spd.
Losing Atk isn't a big deal if you have to go there...but I'd keep it, if I could.
