L!Hector choice and distant counter

After spending 190 orbs on the legendary banner I have finished with 2 L!Hector (my first fire legendary at last!) (they came one after the other lol) and a Micaiah (-atk +def...why😩).
I have another original Héctor to fodder for DC because after getting a Grima a few months ago I don't use him, and now with L!Hector still less. And I'm thinking of foddering one of the two L!Hector too.
The problem is that the two of them have good ivs, one is +atk -res (superboon but superbane), and the other one is +def -spd (good boon and perfect bane).
So... Which one should I keep? And who should get DC?
Some of the units:
-Swordhardt +1 +atk -spd.
-Myrrh +1 +res -hp.
-B!Ephraim neutral.
-Sigurd neutral.
-Karla +hp -res
-Maybe Adult Tiki (I'm thinking of making her my first +10), same with original Marth.
