"Let's make the most useless hero contest"

I saw someone build a bonfire -def Linde, so I thought, why not take it further and make the shittiest units ever possible?

RULES:
1. The character must be promoted to 5 star.
2. All slots (except the seal slot) must be filled with skills maxed. (e.g .steady stance 4)
3. The unit must have a t3 weapon, and if a refine is possible he/she must get it (variations are ok)
4. IVs are allowed

Goddamnit son, you actually made a unit who can use panic ploy and have good defense??!! Panic ploy should only be used on a -hp Elise, mortal.

Can ploy every single unit in the game, and nukes all units with Iceberg. Def Feint is also really useful since Raven is using Smite. Honestly everyone should use this build.
