Pulled four of this guy. Little displeased but whatever. What should I do with him? Drive Atk 2 fodder? Feathers? I'm probably not going to use him unless he's really incredible, I've got lots of swordsmen.
If you have a good IV among the 4 you have, then I’d say use one of him; he’s a very good unit in TT, and HM is always nice. Otherwise, he’s good drive atk or steady blow fodder since you made it clear that you don’t want to keep him around for a long term merge project.
I would find a use for skills not available from upgrading a 4* unit like his Drive Atk and Steady Blow. Unless you plan on merging this guy to +10, it's not worth having those rare and useful skills on one unit when others you could be merging could use it to better effect.
I wouldn't fodder him for d atk,it will be available at 4* sooner or later like the rest of the drive skills.
Steadyblow?it's not really useful or more like I don't see a scenario where you would prefer spd/def over spd/atk,atk/def or just plain darting blow.
I would merge him.
