Has -spd +res
I wasn't upset by His IV, i loved getting him! He has His ->BBBB from Super Smash bros as finisher atk \(*o*)/
Even with 36 spd... With a simple rally, His spd cannot be decreased by ploy because of hidden spd bonus, Also, without ploy, it's same as doubling the buff bonus he get.
36 +4 from rally spd Also apply +4 spd invisible buff.
44 spd! Also + 5spd from His A skill = 49.
49 for a bom merged, its pretty Fair, because of his sword class. Also cannot be Doubled by most mages.
The only 2 problems are That his atk skill rely on spd, so i ve lost 1 damage per special.
Also, tactis buffs doesn't have sinergy with His C skill, where only one infantry could taken vantage and only speedy units.
B skill, Binding shield or desperation? For arena score, the shield counts more after being niche.
So, being -spd alone he Is another commoner sword, right? Should i pull another? Not problem If i have another Lene or swordnhardt.

That's pretty solid, even with his Fire Emblem special being less effective. I would recommend keeping his Binding Shield, as his +RES nature makes him even more fit to duel dragons like Nowi and Summer Tiki. -SPD does not hinder his effectiveness as a support and a dragon check.
