Legendary Tiki iv questions

I just went absolutely ham on this banner and was able to pull two Legendary Tikis- one with all neutral stats, and one that was -spd+res. I really need the Bold Fighter fodder, so can you guys give me suggestions as to which are the better ivs and why? Thanks, your help is appreciated!

All things considered, she doesn't have bad IVs. And she uses all her stats. I have -spd/+res, and I really like the extra bulk. She'll also get QR3 for the s slot, she she will double in either phase. The question is whether you want 35 speed to prevent doubles. Personally, I'd say the difference between 32 and 35 is negligible, but the difference between 35 and 38 is huge (at least for arena).
