40/29 defenses or 37/32? It's a matter of taste, really.

I would say it depends if she's in a dragon emblem team or not.
If she is, I would go +res, because dragons generally have pretty low res (the highest is Garon with base 32), and her base 29 res, coupled with With Everyone! is pretty solid.

Otherwise, just go with whatever the team needs the most.
