Legendary Robin +Spd -Atk

How can i build her??!
I have a good Flier emblem with Azura and all others with Goad fliers and Reposition.

Or i can give ally support to a Sanaki +Res-spd with Atk and Def tatick C/seal, and tomer forged or better to ally support to Delthea with drive atk and Dark Aura tome.
