What to do with this IV? Keep or pull next?

I have pulled her with the exact same IV spread.

Depends on what you want to utilize her as. Res is a superboon, so she is getting +4 in that respective stat and it makes her defenses balance out on the high-end, which is essentially her strength.

Having her as -spd is a bit unfortunate, but her skillset most likely wouldn't change; she wants to run QR regardless of her speed stat.

With her high speed she can prevent many doubles, thus making her even more tanky.
Mine is +Spd/-Atk and since I want to run her with a goad flier she hits 42 Spd unmerged. Only very few people can double her(+Spd Mulagir Swift Sparrow Brave Lyn for example hits "only" 45 Spd)
