Ouch, go +ATK/-SPD... it's really hard to make a 27 physical ATK work. They had to give Caeda the best sword in the game to make her viable.

It's really hard to secure a ORKO with a 50 physical ATK double. She can kill blues, but versus greens or colorless, lots of key targets with no speed like Bold Fighter Jakob or Fae will survive a double and Glimmer proc that would have died to 57 physical ATK.
