Legendary Lyn Build?

I got a +def -res. Not that depressed to be honest I'm just happy I got her. I was thinking of maximizing her atk and spd with LnD and giving her a windsweep as a quasi firesweep. Tho the ongoing usage of Dragons are high so maybe desperation would be really better as what everyone is suggesting. Do you think I should follow the desperation or would my windsweep build be good enough?
