Legendary Hero Synopsis and Possibilities for August '18

Well, I've done these before but never dated them, so here goes nothing once more.

By pattern, this month is a red female unit, and as such, the options are very limited opposed to last month where blue had, once again, more options. Here are the units and options as follows.

Eirika, Legendary Lady
Lightning Siegelinde
Cavalier Sword unit to match The Sacred Stones final class

Celica, Legendary Priestess (Rigain outfit)
Omega Ragnarok
Infantry Mage (and probably first glass cannon mage we could get out of a Legendary Hero banner with a bonus)

Corrin, Legendary Princess (Probably Nohr outfit)
Omega Yato
Infantry Sword

Micaiah, Legendary Priestess
Divine Thani (or something related to Thani)
Magic Flier (at least I wish she would be eventually)

As is, the options are pretty limited, with no other female leads of actual worth to add, with Caeda, and Lilina having no true story importance, and Elincia isn't a protagonist like Micaiah and Ike are.

With that in place, my bets are being placed on Celica. It's a bit hard to imagine that they'd give Hidari the old school design and ignore Rigain, which is a gorgeous outfit, and it seems to make sense that they'll give her Omega Ragnarok. Yknow, add some Echoes love (games cast is small, so we need alts for them to be honest) not to mention that she'd be the first glass cannon legendary hero and the first infantry mage.

Secondary pick for me is Eirika. We have yet to get our first sword cav (same as Celica) as a legendary hero, and as such I can easily see her filling that position.

After that Micaiah and Corrin fill the same I don't need them position. Whereas I could care less for Corrin, and as for Micaiah, I like her, just not as much as Celica and Alm (I've played Gaiden and Echoes,so sue me XD)

Could we fucking not have Eirika be it? I’m broke and it’s impossible for me to wait 5 fucking months for her return ;-;

Calling it now: they'll just defy the gender pattern and bring us Hríd.

Personally, I feel that it'll be "Anything Goes", since we don't have a main story chapter to base any predictions on who it will be.

I feel like it won’t be Celica, since she had an alt just released. (or Micaiah). Eirika or Corrin seems pretty likely, but both units’ games have already had legendary heroes (Ephraim/Ryoma).
If they do break pattern (hey, it’s IS, it’s not like they haven’t ever broken a pattern) and make a male one, my guesses are either Marth or Red bow Alm.

I’d want Eirika or Micaiah, but Micaiah is unlikely since she just got an alt (same with Celica, but I don’t want her after Brave Celica). Corrin, just no. No. NO

What about a red bow?
Personally I dont think IS has a pattern to add heroes to the game. They just create the heroes they fucking want, without any order and in many cases, even without logic (like Eirika using tomes or Nino and Olivia as flying units).

However, I only want Eirika to be a legendary hero between all your choices. If Ephraim has a legendary version, i guess Eirika deserves another one. Not now, but in a future she should get a legendary version. She is so important in FE8 as Ephraim is. And even when Ephraim is who become king, Eirika is our first lord in that game and I think she has a particular importance.

If they had Eirika, I just hope she is a cavalry sword unit. NOT A BOW USER, OR SOMETHING WITHOUT LOGIC.

I think the "new Sieglinde" could have another powerfull buff, as eirika knows how she helps others...

like "at start of turn, allies within 2 spaces can make follow-up attacks"

By color logic, the next character shouldn't be a coloress?
welp, if an archer, like gunthra, will be a legendart character with low BST, bad for arena scoring. As coloress has no weakness but no offensive spread against anything! its more usefull an bridal cordelia with 35/35 atk /spd, with swift sparrow.

And we had an blue archer as team buffer, a green archer creepy that depends on team and on the attacker to effectively uses her passive.

coloress.... you know, Alm could use bows in Echoes, and he is a lord. This couldn't be strange.

i think its time to IS show a new close counter with standing effects like Ostian counter.

YES, this could work well for an archer. But as coloress... he must have a bow with such offensive passive or a new B skill to help against close ranged foes.

Maybe next legendary hero could be here, as Alm coloress bow with a new close counter.

The next Legendary Hero is red. Female Grima is coming back. But Alm as a red bow would be neat. However, I still hope it’s Roy

You thought Masked Marth was Lucina? No! It was I! Lyn in disguise of Lucina who is in disguise of Marth.

You thought Hector was Hector? No! It was I! LYN! I GOT MUSCULAR AND HAD MY HAIR DONE.

For game representation, we have two OC, two Binding/Blazing Blade, one Sacred Stones, one Tellius, two Awakening, and one Fates.

The only games not represented are Shadow Dragon, Genealogy, Thracia 776 (very skeptical we'll get any more characters from there), and Gaiden/Echoes, so maybe IS will pull from them instead.

We also know that Fjorm, Gunnthra, Ike, Ephraim, Robin, and Hector will return in the banner. That's two blues, two greens, and one colorless and red each. Red seems a stronger likelihood, as colorless aren't very meta.

As for seasonal units, taking a bet with LA! Hector coming back since they just ran through the other LA units.
