Legendary Grima: Merge, fodder or invest on

One of my summons was a +ATK -DEF F.Grima. I already have a +DEF -SPD F.Grima who is very good to tank lots of enemies, so I prefer keep that. My doubt is what to do with my new Grima. I would merge her or give her Swift Sparrow and Desperation, reaching 55 atk and 39 spd during player phase. What do you think?

definitely merge your older one into the +atk one. also it is not a good idea to make her into a player phase unit. she already has expiration and dragonskin which are fantastic enemy phase skills that you really shouldn't get rid of.
