Legendary Ephraim's Stats

God himself is here, just as my followers know I predicted!
By comparing Ephraim to Valter, we can get a good idea about what his stats are. We know that he is fighting a Lv 40 Valter because the Valter has 42 health at max.

Ephraim's stats:
HP: 43
Atk: 36 (21+34-19. 34 is Valter's defense, 21 is damage dealt by Ephraim. Ephraim's weapon has 19 mt because of atk +3)
Spd: Less than 28. (Valter doubles him WITHOUT darting blow, but does have cursed lance.)
Def: 33 (17=50-33) (Valter's attack is 50 with his weapon.)
Res: indiscernible.

MY PREDICTION:
HP: 43
ATK: 36 (55)
SPD: 25
DEF: 33
RES: 20
BST: 157 (176)

These will almost certainly be his stats. His SPD and RES will be the same as regular Ephraim's.

This Ephraim would have +1 ATK and +1 DEF compared to regular Ephraim, but -2 HP. He would also have the same BST as Siegbert (new BST melee cavalry) and regular Ephraim. His base stats are probably slightly adjusted with his growth points remaining the same.
Keep in mind that he, like regular Ephraim, can rig guaranteed doubles with his weapon (and use 3 movement, horse buffs!)

I thought the stats and numbers you see in the trailers weren't always accurate?

They tend to be accurate. Just look at the Radiant Dawn trailer, or the recent fallen heroes one. They used to use level 30's to showcase the heroes, but now they use 40's.

I think 157 for a cavalry is in the ballpark. Consider the trend of ranges where BST benchmarks fall on 153, 157, 163, 168, and 173. First two is usually occupied by Cavalries and some Infantry/Fliers. Middle three is all except armors and final two are almost all armor and a couple dragons. Regardless, the low spd makes sense because he has his Solar Ring that allows him to double with the right conditions. Still, he might want something more guaranteed like QR seal. The 80% lifesteal is just too good to pass up on him. At least with QR seal, he can double at the high HP threshold while Solar Ring allows him to get back to it while also having the chance to double.

I kind of prefer normal Ephraim he can double while near allies still, and buffs really well too '-' wish we got a colourless legendary hero but oh well :/ need a dc lance user, would be nice if he gets lower speed and higher resist than your prediction

I actually wish he had normal Seigmund, then he could abuse aether and solar ring to say above 90% HP.

Flaming Siegmund doesn't have an HP requirement and it works on both enemy and player phases, so I think it's much more versatile in terms of combat effectiveness compared to vanilla Siegmund.
