Legendary banner takeaways

So i got a few goodies from this blessed banner, but im unsure on some IVs and their most optimal builds, and i wanted to hear some opinions, so here they are:

-hp +spd fjorm
-atk+spd ayra
-hp +spd genny
-hp +spd Blyn
-def +spd Blyn
+atk-def ike

1) Is -hp +spd fjorm better than neutral? cause it seems so, but im not willing to use hp+3 seal on her, and i bet shes not tanking many mages with that bane anytime soon, unless i use DD3, which i probably will.

2) Is ayra still great? i know the spd boon is great, but how much does her -atk hurt her?

3) which is the better lyn? im inclined towards -def+spd, since her physical bulk is already bad.

Is Ike still a good baiter with -def? what build should i give him, assuming no SB fodder?

-hp Fjorm is fantastic, she'll do fine with DD3 anyway
Those IVs really hurt Ayra, but give her +3 atk seal, and she would still do great (desperation build required)
-hp BLyn is better imo. Though, if she's going to be a brave bow user, it really doesn't matter, does it?
Ike with -def does hurt him, but slap vantage on him, as well as some external buffs from other allies, and he will be a nightmare to deal with. (It's what I use, and it's pretty difficult to kill him)
