Legendary banner, Surtr or save?

Basically title. My main core consist of H!Myrrh, B!Hector and Surtr. The blues of the Legendary banner seem appealing, I could merge Hector or use him as fodder (I would really like using BK), and Lucina looks fun to use. On the other hand Surtr is amazing and his A skill is very useful, plus he has more chances of being pulled.
However, I think these reasons are not good enough to justify spending my +230 F2P orbs and may be better to save them for future banners. So should I use them or not?

Also, should I snipe the color I want and spend orbs only on that color, or is better to do all the 5 summons?

Rates may be the best they'll ever get, but they wouldnt be dumping all this bait before 3.0 if 3.0 wasnt massive.

Could you stop hyping 3.0 every time a question like this pops up? We don't know anything about it, but chances are, it won't introduce anything meta breaking.

I'd go for Surtr (well, I am going for Surt atm, in fact). He's tied for max points with L!Tiki (180 BST, PRF weapon and PRF B or C skill = max score) but unlike her has a 300 SP fodder skill. If you fail to get him to +10 now, he's in the regular pool, and for all the aforementioned reasons additional copies aren't redundant.

I got him to +3 after having at most ~30 after the Halloween banner.

Blue on the legendary banner is not bad. Nilla has a good point in that 3.0 is a strong reason to avoid spending at the moment, but I don't really see any way L.Lucina could end up worse than she is now, especially with that assist, and the absolute worst that could happen for B.Hector is that you get bold fighter fodder. What's the worst thing that could happen given that? Easy way for everybody to obtain null follow-up? But it's infantry only and it's not even good on the majority of units that are currently common, including glass cannons and slow tanks, and healers are probably going to continue going for wrathful dazzle. Easy way for everybody to have guard in their A-slots or their weapons or as a seal? A single copy could probably still be useful for PvE, but then you might not want like 3-4 copies, so you'd quit on the legendary banner as soon as you get one focus blue.

If you're going to merge Surtr, I think you definitely skip the legendary banner. His appearance rate on this 2-person banner is way too good; I would be shocked if we ever got such a good opportunity to merge him. But then wait until the last day to see if we find out about 3.0 on like Dec 9 or something.
