I’m sitting at 9.50% now.
The only character I really want is Halloween Jakob, and I wager the most I can pull from the banner is one more full circle.
Should I still try for the beloved armoured archer or just summon on every orb in the circle? I only need Jakob to complete my armor emblem, but there’s inigo, who’s a brave Lyn/Reinhardt counter, Micaiah and the sacred stones duo too (although I don’t really want any more horse units, i just want infantry/armoured)

Your in a tough spot, the problem with legendary banners is multiple focus units per color, I generally only summon on them if i'm okay summoning on all the stones.
That's just my input but I wouldnt try to snipe colorless per say, because even if you hit a 5* it may be one that you werent looking for
I don think you should go for i was just sitting at 9.5% pity rate and i used my last 20 orbs to get micaiah. It turns out there was no 5 stars heroes and it rose to 10%. If you really want halloween jakob, u can save up your orbs and summon it during the halloween banner where they will re-feature the previous halloween season
Personally, I'd say go for the whole circle get rid of the high pity rate, if you summon on colourless only there are lesser chances of getting Jakob, or any 5*, and by now you've wasted quite some orbs so don't come back empty handed. But then again I rose to 10% aiming for an Inigo only, and at 6 orbs left I got him
