Is the Legendary Banner horrible for veteran players?

I've toyed with the two popular summon simulators and it was confirmed that this was one big banner, I have serious apprehension towards this banner. If you don't have many of the units, it's great, but those who want a specific hero are going to have a really bad time (even more than normal) unless their luck skyrockets for the free summon. I really only care about Spring Camilla and the odds of getting her are freaking me out! I was so happy at first to see her return as a second Spring Chrom bombed my pity rate. But now that I see the actual odds, I am seriously loathing this banner! Does anyone else feel the same?

Well....all u can hope for is that at the very least u can get good fodder (hector) or a decent ivd unit and no multiple copies of them (deidre)

I don't hate the banner, and am fine with all the units available even with the low chance of getting one u really want, but I'm not summoning on it as much as I originally planned. I've been playing since launch, and recently spent my 90 orbs for Lute and got her instead of waiting. I already have 48 different 5*'s, and plan to do some upgrading when weapon enhancements come out with units like Seliph and Merric. I'd say if u need more units for variety, lack of them or Arena Assault go for it. I'm just gonna gather f2p orbs for it. Flier teams are great with Spring Camilla with Gronnraven tho, so it may be worth the risk for you. Can't really get screwed with the Heroes u pull in the end, except IV's, rip.

Well, it's probably a better chance to summon Brave Lyn than any other banner that featured her.

This is not a banner to snipe, why would you even do that in the first place here?
You have 3 green heroes as focus, so even with no pity breakers your chances of pulling a specific one arent very good.
This is a banner to go for quantity over quality, since every unit (except blues) is top tier, so instead of sniping here you are supposed to do full summons, or semi full, again, avoiding blue.

Do not forget about Fjorm tho. Most units are S-tier indeed but there is several SS-tier like Arya, Fjorm and B!Lyn

This banner is not meant for sniping even though you can. I posted this when it first came out basically that you actually have lesser % chance to get what you want in this banner by sniping unless you have at least 2 heroes you want in the same color.

This banner is set better for quantity pulls than quality pull. If you want to snipe for specific hero, you are better off waiting for normal focus banners with that hero.

The actual odds of getting Spring Camilla in this banner are actually still much higher than any other banner that featured her.
Plus she is among green heroes which are S-tier anyways (hector, deirdre) even if you don't get S!Camilla, so just go for it if you want her.

Hector is always welcome since he is a top tier unit and a top SI fodder, same for Deirdre so far, except that she faces more competition among her type of unit.

It is 2.67% chance to summon Camilla from a green (8/3), compared to 1.5% on her original banner (3/2). So it is easier to get her than on the first banner. It is still lower though to get a specific 5 star unit on this banner than it is on a normal banner with 1 of each color (3%) or on the previous Hero Fest banners (5%).
