Legendary bad IVed builds

So guys hope you all got lucky with your pulls on the legendary banner.

I'm overall happy for 300 orbs.

I got my Ike fodder for Valer and three other 5 stars. ALL OF THEM bad IVed. Are the usual builds still good, or do you have any other suggestions ?

* BCordelia : +Def -Spd
* Bunmilla : +Def -Spd
* Celica : +Def -Atk

(what's with the +def ???)

Also, I'm kind of disappointed with the fodder I got from summoning mostly reds.

No Chrom (how do I give Aether to Valter, hm ?)

But oh well that was bonus, I got what I wanted as far as 5* were concerned.
