I don't get it?

45 HP will only be shutting down squishier units and those with lower HP stat totals,but that is an interesting build.

Using Fire Boost grants you +6? Atk when an enemy's HP is 42 or less is useful for bringing up his low Atk and 40 Spd could bring down dragon's counterattacks.

What's this designed to do? Fire boost is hit and miss against dragons (F.Grima and flying Tiki will get hit by +6 but not Nowi or Fae or breath-refined A.Tiki) and death blow makes a lot more sense for that anyways; 40 speed will fail to sweep a lot of fast mages.
