Last PA summon

I decided to summon PA banner one last time end up with Olivia (yay) was going for shigure or Inigo but that ok but crazy enough I got new units I plan to level up

Klein
+atk/-spd (that Spd might hurt him but anyone know if that still make him good even thou +atk is good maybe help me recommended build)

Ephraim
+Atk/-hp (if you guys recommend good build that will be great )

Reinhardt
+Atk/-def (only matter if he's +atk I don't think -Def won't hurt him unless there is something I can build him that still make him a monster I'm going to put him in my horse emblem team )

If you guys suggest any recommend build that will be great

Klein isn't fast enough to do a Quad Build anyway so his speed is mostly ignorable and all that really matters is Attack. His base set is pretty perfect already except maybe switch Glacies for Moonbow or Luna but other than that, he's fine.

Ephraim, it depends. There's a lot of different builds for him. +Attack is definitely his best IV so you're lucky you got that. Some people like to run quick reposte on him with fury and make him a hybrid offensive Support unit but with the new brash assault seal, I've also seen builds that have him with Desperation and fury. It's really up to you what you want to do, but most of the time he won't even be attacking since he needs to rally/make sure he's positioned in the best spot to buff his allies.

There is no stat on Reinhardt that matters other than Attack. Reinhardt surviving a hit on enemy phase is almost unheard of so you don't have much to worry about (I have +Defense and even with 30 defense and a Fortify Cavalry, he ain't surviving much). Slap DB3 on him and watch him work.

-spd is fine for klein he isn't fast enough for a quad build. His base kit is pretty great but I'd swap qr for a breaker skill and give him some sort of buff for the c skill. Then draw back for an assist

Ephraim again has a great base kit. Only needs a breaker or qr in b slot. I sacced subaki to give him qr2 and swap.

Rein is great regardless of bane. Db3, a breaker skill and your choice of buff for c slot. I run qp moonbow on mine.

I've got Ephraim with the exact opposite IV (+HP -Atk), lol. Nevertheless, this build should still work.

I use mine alongside Nino, so I've got him with Triangle Adept + Lancebreaker + Hone Speed, with Reposition as his assist.

Since axes are so rare, TA + Lancebreaker allows him to effortlessly duel almost every melee unit (except blue dragons). TA also helps him absorb red magic.

Hone speed of course buffs Nino. Reposition is used instead of a Rally so Nino can freely nuke enemies and then be pulled back to safety. That freedom is worth losing the extra buff.
