LA!Hector - does he need DC?

Hector is THE distant counter master of FE, it's his signature skill.
But I wonder if it's always ideal for his LA version.

My LA Hector, whom I haven't used in a while, is +atk-def. And I was wondering if I should go for full one shot potential over just being able to counter ranged units, which other axe armor unit might do better.

So, I kinda thought up two builds without too much investment, wondering which one would work best for him, one with and one without DC.
I'll post one here and one below in the comments.

Both are meaned for one shot mainly, but in differend ways.

I’d say go with the non DC option.
If your running him to primarily one shot, you may as well just focus on doing as much damage as possible with the double brazen. Not to mention, using the second build requires you to use vantage, whereas wary fighter will safely get you into brazen range for the kill, so I would just go with that one

That was the idea, yeah.
I'm kinda interested in skills like wary fighter that usually don't see that much use.

The beauty of it is that almost no-one can one-shot hector with it, since the biggest mage oneshot threats are blue (Micaiah and Rein)
