LA!Eliwood build for armour team?

I would really like to use Eliwood in my armour team, at least sometimes. I currently have a +def Elfie/Effie with Berkut's Lance+res, so she has 36/34 defensive stats when under attack. My first thought for Eliwood was Berkut's Lance+def for him, so he had 33/36 defensive stats, otherwise his res is good but not great. But then that would be using another Berkut and he might fill too similar a slot. Would it be better to run Slaying Lance+ for a more unique build? If you're going to use him what build will you use?

Berkuts lance+ (+spd)
Support: Reposition/swap
Special: Moonbow/Glimmer
A: Fury 3
B: Renewal
C: Goad Armor
SS: +3 Atk
Final result:
52 HP
58 Atk
38 Spd
32 Def
32 Res (+7 from BL)

Interesting build, I like it. I prefer not to run Fury on armour characters but it would actually help him a lot.

Double close defense, his normal weapon with +3 Speed refinery, QR 2/3 and Luna.

Close Defense, I assume you mean?

I prefer his original Lance, as it makes him a great bladetome counter. With Ward buffs, he will have more than enough bulk.

My planned build

Yeah, that's pretty close to the build I was thinking about, and almost identical to my Elfie/Effie build.

I don't wanna make him into "Male Effie" like others. I'd rather keep his original lance. With that, the only mage that can one-shot him is... Micaiah? Not sure if he can tank Bladetome Nino fully buffed with a Berkut's Lance, haven't tested it, but the original lance completely nullifies all buffs during combat, so there really is no threat.
