Hey guys, got a -Atk +Res Laegjarn today within 15 orbs...oh well. I've thought of a theoretical build to improve her. I don't have the resources right now, but I want to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

You can build her with a Wo Dao/Safeguard set, but it does require a ton of investment. You should be lucky her Def is still the same, you can invest into her Def and make her into a tanky unit. If you're going to give her Wo Dao, keep bonfire or you can run Moonbow. Wo Dao also covers her low Atk when special triggers.

Why does everyone want to change such a good weapon, if the enemy uses dual rallies on every stat, meaning they will have +3 to all stat, Laegjarn will have +6 on all stats during combat

You just answered your own question. If they don't use rallies, you just end up with a 16mt weapon with +3 speed, still good, but a refined Slaying Edge/Safeguard offers more consistency in their effects.
