I think you can consider quite a decent amount of options for those IVs:
-Raven/TA/Bowbreaker to check Lyn and Reinhardt. They don’t seem to be as common as before, but they’re still quite frequent, especially Brave Lyn(at least for me).

-Owl tome(+spd, +res or +def, I’d recommend +spd)/Bond Skill or Fury/Green Tomebreaker or Axebreaker or QR. She reaches 38 speed with full Owl tome buffs(with the +spd refine), 41 with Fury and with a Hone Speed/Hone Cavalry buff she would have 45/47 Plenty of speed to avoid doubles and double back and also quite tanky, especially on the magical side.

-Blade tome: you won’t really notice the atk bane, especially if you use her on a horse team. 32 attack (atk bane) +a maximum of 30 from buffs(Hone and Fortify Cavalry) or 24 with full normal buffs, pretty decent imo. If you opt for this build try to buff her speed as much as possible and run Fury/Desperation and a +speed seal or something similar.
