Berkut's Lance, if it is the refinable version (+) then yes.
Pivot is a good option that I also used on my LA Eliwood.
Iceberg is sort of better than Glacies for him since it activates more and is a safer option.
Distant Counter is a must since you are running QR and V with BL.
And the rest is good, depending on your team composition.

That is one sexy build, although I'd consider swapping Glacies for Iceberg unless you have a bold/vengeful fighter lying around because the cooldown count can make procing it very unreliable.

It was my mistake I gave him Iceberg not glacies I just got confused and write it wrong :D

His default Lance is far superior, as you'll typically be running into Bladetomes and Reinhardts at top tier play. Armor Emblem is better ran with Ward Armor, unless you're sporting some already fast units who can really take advantage of Player Phase doubling.
