I'm a pretty new player and I've been rerolling on the LA banner. I got a +DEF -ATK Lyn (LA) and a +ATK -RES Hector (LA). Are these IV's good enough, or should I try rerolling until I get a better IV combo?
As a new player, that Hector could help you breeze through a lot of content to get orbs. That Lyn is not that great in my opinion, however.
So either keep those and maybe you would like to pass AtckSpeed Bond on a unit you like, or keep rerolling for better IVs if you like Lyn. I say keep them and do more content to get orbs and hopefully get more good units.
If you have any extra Gwendolyn(s), then feed one to Hector.
Hone Armor is part of a balanced diet. Run QR 2 or 3 on that guy, give him Pivot, Swap, or Repo, and he's fine with the rest of his base set.
I think that that Lyn is pretty aight. Since she's defense up, you might as well try and make a tanky set. Maybe give her the Distant Defense seal, assuming that you don't have Close Counter. Of course, going with the entire base kit is fine, possibly switching out Guard for something more offensive. Obviously, Iceberg is probably the best special for yours specifically.
Black Knight is a very easy to incorporate unit. He comes with good skills, so focus on whatever you want to with him, whether that be his offense or defense. On this team, however, It would be wise to get him Ward Armor from Draug, if you have one.
Eli isn't out yet, so I don't know exactly what to do with him...
But he is really strong, sitting at 38 attack. Maybe give a Brave weapon and Death Blow?
Lyn has Armor March (which I read was really good for an armor team?) So I just thought she would be a pretty good unit to keep on (being a mage as well).
I'm just reading about Eli but seems like he has Goad Armor, so I thought it would be good to add him (and he's free apparently!)
I'm lucky cuz I just started and trying to reroll for the best starting team I can get! I've already spend 2 days straight just rerolling and I've gotten those two together a few times but with terrible IV's, so I'm strongly considering settling with these two for now...
