Warding stance 3 is a rare skill and when her banner drops it'll be unobtainable so give this A slot skill to someone like Felicia and Niles since they can use this skill effectively as their specified roles as a magus killer and baiter.

I was thinking to give her weapon to Felicia, but I got only one Sakura, so nope.

If you want a second mage killer for something like arena assault, and that is a good thing to have, then definitely give that Kitty Paddle to Felicia. It is a waste to give away her Warding stance, as I'm sure there will be more heroes in the future who will have access to it.
