Kiran IV question

Does Kiran have IVs? I get more 5* than average on like 80-90% of banners where I pull but also way more 3* than average. On Fire and Ice I got something like thirty-five 3* and thirty 4*. (And nine 5*). Do I have +5* -4*?

And you guys, do you have weird stuff? Like, I hear about people getting lots of -atk, or anyone find that they seem always to get stones of the colours they want?

GamePedia gives 5.51% of blue stones as Ylgr and 7.89% of green stones as Surtr. Off-focus percentage is maybe half as much? So blues should be up to about a 7.75% 5* rate and greens a bit under 12%. I got 12% on blue and green combined.

And it's not just Fire and Ice. I got three Lewyns on his debut banner in 100 or so orbs; on both legendary banners with L.Hector + B.Ike I got a lot of 5*.

Well, my luck can be pretty wierd.

Like specific units haunting my off focus pulls.
Especially red.

Luke, Lene, Leavateinn, WT!Rein and Sigurd.

Honestly, I'll take the Lukes if that's the cost of getting that luck.

me too with Sigurd. Just pulled yet another pity breaker Sigurd on the Hero Fest banner. When he was first added I blew like 200 orbs and couldn't pull him. Now the game won't stop giving me Sigurds. He is +5 now. And strangely just about every single one has had great IV's, the most recent one was +Spd/-Res, same as my current merged Sigurd.

But there are certain units that the game just keeps giving me shit IV's for. I've gotten: Two Ayra's, both -Spd. Three H!Myrrh, all of them were -Def. Four Takumi, everyone was either -Spd or -Atk. Doesn't matter anymore since he is fodder now, but that was pretty disappointing in the early days.

i seem to have decent luck on the L! Banners ok luck on regular banners and shit luck on Seasonal and 2 unit banners.

Oh and despite not liking Armor units I pull an awful lot of Effie (no +Atk).

i mostly get off banner five stars like i used 70 orbs on the soren & ike bhb banner and got adrift camilla lene silas and soleil all 5 stars

Well Soleil is here, so that's nice. Those are all good units, especially Soleil. Saves you 20k feathers because everyone should be +10'ing her anyway. What are her IV's? And getting three 5* in 70 orbs is great luck.

I got an Ike on the Hero Fest banner this morning. Nothing on the Ike banner.

I keep getting duplicate IVs for the same hero it's almost frustrating.

Let's see.
-Atk Lewyn, Azura, Ophelia, Ishtar (twice!), B!Celica, Dream F!Corrin, Julia, Sanaki, Kinshinoka and WT!Olwen. Julia doesn't hurt as much bcs she's never that good anyway, Azura is a dancer, but the others hurt so bad

I put 200 orbs into the recent Lucy banner and got 5 5* all +atk, LucyandNina, Grid, Hecandyoma.
But that's a one off.
What I have noticed longer term is that it seems to me that certain units are more likely on certain banners. Like pulling Adult tiki 3*4* on a tiki banner, or 3*4* cancer on a Swordheart banner
