If that's the case then what's the point of considering this? Try to build him means that you got him to level 40, got him the skills needed to make him decent, and then put him on a team that could help him with whatever weaknesses he may have. If you don't like his performance AFTER trying him, then foddering him off should be considered, but only then.

If there's one thing we learned in the days following the banner's release, it's that there are no easy answers with Kliff. He's a bit of a finnicky unit, very sensitive to how his stats sit in relation to those of his opponents and your play style. I'll offer you some ideas, and if you want more specific direction I think you'll have to tell us a bit more about your play style.
