Keep or Fodder?

I have one Summer Gaius and I’m debating getting rid of him for his Vantage, should I? He’s -Spd +Def and if I were to get another Summer Gaius with good IVs once Summer rolls around I probably still wouldn’t really use it

Not if you have Lon'qu or Reinhardt which are both 4 star units with Vantage

No point in getting rid of a 5* seasonal for a skill that can be found on the 3-4* Lon'Qu. You'll find him pretty quickly from random summons on red orbs. Keep him. Those IVs are pretty good as well.

I don't think you should sac him for Vantage either (unless you really, really need it that badly?!) as there are several much easier sources for that.

Then again, if you don't fancy using him having him fill up the barracks is kind of pointless. But then you could at least fodder the bow to someone for fun and/or profit?

You were going to waste the only (summonable) Def Ploy fodder? For Vantage? Have you really not gotten a Lon'qu or Reinhardt since the last Gaius banner?

Only fodder him for Def Ploy, otherwise just keep him for later.

...Seriously though, there are cheaper, more common sources to get vantage from, lol.

Better to fodder him for his weapon (or Def Ploy as others have mentioned), which can't be gotten off a run-of-the-mill 4* unit.
