We don't know. Could be a TT reward in a month, could be related to golden week, could be a Tap Battle reward(even tho thats a very small chance), could be Ayra 2.0(without the power to make most people mad), could even be a GHB next month.

No one knows how Kaze is obtained. Intelligent Systems didn't release anything saying how to get him, so everyone's pretty much grasping at straws on the "how".

Ignore fact that it's supposed to be a Green unit.

Remember during New Years we knew about NY!Corrin for a month until he showed up in a TT. So I'd expect something similar to be happening.
