Katarina bad IV

I pulled Katarina a while ago and did not trained her because of her bad IV (Akt- and some really bad boon, can't remember since I got her to level 9 and stopped) should I inherit her Swift Sparrow to Navarre or Masked Marth or should I keep her and give my two swords fighters LnD? I already have a HP+ Spd- Celica running Red tome/Sword breaker as a red mage

for Red I have Atk- Spd+ 4 star Tharja (don't know should keep her or 5 star her) Green I use my Spd+ Nino because she now goes up to 46 Spd on initiation for Blue I have Def+ Res- Delthea Atk+ Def- Bridal Caeda (who I prefer to have Spd+) Spd+ Atk- Male Robin (his Atk is to low to deal decent damage even with TA2)

Swift sparrow is one of the best A skill for Celica. If you are going to use her a lot I would recommend you to give to her.

I used Death Blow for her because I feel that 35 Spd on the first turn is quite slow. And my friend really like Navarre so I'm building a decent skill set for him

Sorry, I missread, I though she was + speed. Then I would keep katarina till another unit you like it appears. I think Navarre is better with LnD.

I also feel that LnD is better but I don't know grinding 20k feathers for it is worth it since I have a Brave Sword Swordbreaker Chrom who will literally KO everyone except for Red Calvary units like Eldigan or Stalh (in Tempest trial) and I could just use that 20k for a 4 star Corrin M Spd+ so he could reach 45-46 Spd on initiation (almost a guaranteed double against most Reds) while completing Navarre would cost 40k
