I've got all the characters for the refine this time, but only dew for 1.
Though I think Titania isn't worth the dew (it's not the worst, but there are better options), and Eldigan already has the fury refine.
That leaves my Katarine and Nephenee.
Both are -atk, though they also have probably the best boon
(Kat: +res, Neph +spd)
So, who's better out of the two of them?
They both seem nice with fury,
Kat has 38 res and 37 speed, perfect for ploy 'n bait
Neph will have 45 spd and 41 def in enemy phase. Combine that with the anti-armor and wrath effects and she can bust tanks with ease, even with -atk.
(Does wrath work if the <75% is reached within combat?)
Nephenee's refine kinda encourages you to use her as an enemy phase unit, or, at the most, a mixed phase unit, so if you're wanting to make a player phase Nephenee, then the +effect refine for Dauntless Lance will not be for you.
Katarina is good for ploys, allowing her to support her team by being able to initiate all 4 ploys on units provided her resistance is high enough.
I'd probably go for Katarina, Nephenee, in my opinion, doesn't really need the refined effect.
I'm leaning towards Katarina now.
I was planning on using Neph as an enemy phase unit, with her weapon she can bait physical units and shoot off a moonbow pretty quick.
I do think the best part of her weapon is the normal effect of -1 special + anti-armor, the stance is nice but not as amazing.
Meanwhile dual ploys are always nice.
Arvis and Saias need a refines to keep up. I hope they'll get them.
