A: L&D 3, Fury 3, Darting Blow or even Spd 3...?
Seal: +3 Spd or Phantom Speed 3?

I have -SPD/+RES, so I am interested in responses to this post as well!

Why not just give her Fury 3, Desperation, and Speed +3 seal, and then give someone on the team she'll be on a Hone/Spur/Drive Spd in their C slot to help increase it further?

On another note, I was hoping that the extra bulk could be utilised somewhere... but I have no idea where or how ._.
