Kana (F) Build or Fodder?

I asked this question a couple days ago, but forgot to include their IV's.
I got pitty broken the other day on CYL2 by a Kana (F) for the second time, and I'm wondering if she's worth building or if I should just throw her in the fodder bin.
Their IV's are:
-Def +Res
+Def -Res
Any thoughts would be welcome

Yeah, I've been playing almost since launch so I've got a good deal of fantastic green units, including a +2 Grima and a +2 Myrrh. I've already invested so much into Myrrh specifically, I don't know if it's worth it to fully build another green dragon.

If you were to build Kana build her with -res as the -def will crush her match ups against greens
