In a flier team, -Spd is almost negligible. If you plan on keeping her weapon, at least you can add more speed to her. If she had Fury and a hone buff, you're looking at 59 Atk so her OHKO potential is high. You could also run LnD and she hits 61 Atk and also giving her more spd. If you run desperation, she should duel with mages first because she has pretty good res and get her in desperation range. Fury doesn't need you to do this though because she will naturally get into that range simply by attacking.

It's not as bad as you'd think if you're considering giving her a one shot build with Poison Dagger or Kitty Paddle, because ATK is the single most valuable stat for those types of builds.

The SPD bane does hurt in the general builds, but it's still salvageable with hone buff + weapon refine and sacred seals.
