Just to make sure...(Stacking)

Spur Buffs stack, so if I have e.g. a unit with Spur Atk 3 on C-Slot and Spur Atk Seal, this stacks, right?

...and if the unit also has Rally Atk, it won't stack if used on another unit that also gets the Spur buffs?...or does it count (blue) and the Spur Buffs then stack onto it (I'm never sure if hone, rally etc doesn't stack at all or just not with other blue Buffs)?

I want to make Alfonse (Death Blow, Seal/Rally ATK Buffs, Axe Breaker), Sharena (Armored Blow, Seal/Rally DEF Buffs, Sword Breaker) and Anna (Darting Blow, Seal/Rally SPD Buffs, Lance Breaker) kind of extreme themes, even though I'm well aware of other units working better with these looks (at least the Breaker skills works nicely with a lot of quests as most times it asks you to kill the unit that has the color disadvantage with one of the three).

Yes spur buff stacks

And rally also stack with spur
Combat buff ( those that does not show up on the unit can stack)
Those with blue numbers on your unit such as rally/ hone will Not stack only highest apply

So I could essentially give a unit +12 in that one stat?

And what about visible buffs? If used in combination with an invisible buffs, what happens?

You get the highest visible (until end of turn) buff, and you get all the invisible (during combat) buffs.

Visible buff stack with invisible buffs
Invisible buffs also stack with invisible buffs
Visible buff Does Not stack with visible buff, only the highest applies

When people say "rally doesn't stack and spur does" what they mean is that if you get hit with a +4 rally buff (also hone, fortify, wave, defiant, etc... the kind that visibly modify your stats with the blue number), then if you get hit AGAIN with a +6 rally buff, in the end your unit gets only the +6. It can still benefit from spur buffs on top of this.
