Look at this crazy build, then imagine IS releases Warding Breath and use it on a -SPD +RES IV. Zelgius is guaranteed a double on Player and Enemy Phase while getting his special reduced during each phase.

A: Steady Breath (one day Warding Breath hopefully)

you could already use quickened pulse before for a guaranteed black luna on both phases. and with quick riposte instead of quickened pulse, on ep the enemy gets to hit him twice before getting hit with black luna, so its kinda worse
